Very easy to put together ,looks exactly like the picture, good quality quite deep seat for comfort and support for my 5 week old granddaughter,tried her with other bouncers but she would cry or her head would loll to the side but she absolutely loves this one ,theres a vibration mode and 2 sound volumes neither are to loud or fast just the right amount,very sturdy,takes 3 c type batteries that are not supplied but over all very pleased and would recommend.

This product is NOT suitable for new born babies. When I was researching a baby bouncer suitable for my expectant baby, I was really pleased with the look of this product online, the cost and more importantly the good reviews it had received. However upon assembling this product and then testing it with my new born, I quickly realised that dispite the fantastic reviews it was not what I had expected. Firstly the frame of the baby bouncer appears flimsy, cheap and when attempting to move/slide the chair with baby inside, I found the frame felt like it would buckle and appear unsteady. The seat itself is very deep and the back is set at such an incline my baby would slump and be bunched up in an awkward position. There is no option to recline the seat backwards so unless you physically bend the frame (which we ended up trying) you have no option to make the chair more comfortable for your baby. The neck/head rest is useless for a new born. The strap that holds it in place it too high, and even when positioned behind baby's head, it offers no support and does not help with the uncomfortable slumping we found are baby did. I feel that this chair is more suitable for an older infants, and although I am unable to use it at present I will use it when my baby gets bigger. The overal look of the chair is lovely, and the fabric is soft and comfortable.

Good product , does what it should . However mine came broken , but I opened later than the return date so couldn’t return . Broken toy bar , doesn’t sit nicely into the slot which means it falls off . But the vibrations & sounds are really calming for baby .
